Our aim is to keep our customers and employees happy and safe.
As always, our employees are encouraged to wash their hands and disinfect any commonly touched surfaces frequently. Now, and for the foreseeable future, we will be doubling our safety and sanitation efforts and will be observing stringent standards anywhere we are serving a beverage for consumption. If circumstances warrant, we may close our tasting bars, suspend public wine tastings, and/or no longer serve beverages on premise until the risk of transmission has declined.
Furthermore, our commitment to safety extends to our employees. In any instance our employees think they may be ill, they are encouraged to stay home until they receive relevant medical assessment.
In the meantime, if you have any concerns about visiting our store locations, please contact our customer support. You also have the option to shop online and arrange for store pickup or local delivery if you are trying to minimize your social interactions. *Our online system defaults to a certain lead time (1 to 2 days) for delivery/pick up allowing us to check stock at all locations, but the orders that can be fulfilled the same day will receive a call from us.
