We at Triangle Wine Company would like to thank you for understanding that your customer experience may change as we respond to the needs of the community in regards to preventing and avoiding the potential spread of the novel Coronavirus. Our aim is to keep our customers and employees happy and safe.

As always, our employees are encouraged to wash their hands and disinfect any commonly touched surfaces frequently. Now, and for the foreseeable future, we will be doubling our safety and sanitation efforts and will be observing stringent standards anywhere we are serving a beverage for consumption. If circumstances warrant, we may close our tasting bars, suspend public wine tastings, and/or no longer serve beverages on premise until the risk of transmission has declined.

Furthermore, our commitment to safety extends to our employees. In any instance our employees think they may be ill, they are encouraged to stay home until they receive relevant medical assessment.

In the meantime, if you have any concerns about visiting our store locations, please contact our customer support. You also have the option to shop online and arrange for store pickup or local delivery if you are trying to minimize your social interactions. Shopping for Items
Browse for items via the navigation menu (“Shop Categories”) that appears at the top of every store webpage. Items are divided into major product categories and subcategories. Once a subcategory is selected, a side-bar of options appears. From there you can filter items by price and other parameters (we will be adding more over time). You can also sort items (ascending and descending) by price and alphabetical order. A search bar appears at the top of every store webpage. Search for items using broad terms or specific brands and product names. Products subject to price change and availability. Not responsible for typographical errors.
Placing an Order – In-Stock Items
You can add the quantity of items you want using the “add to cart” button or increase/decrease quantity when viewing your cart. Some items (e.g. limited release products) have a maximum purchase amount. To exceed this amount, please contact us. Note about vintages: If an item does not have the vintage in the title/item name, we do not guarantee a specific vintage unless we explicitly advertise that vintage for sale. Additionaly, the pictures of the wines on our website are for visual/informational purposes and do not necessarily indicate the current vintage(s) available. Must be 21 or older to make purchases.
Placing an Order – Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is not in stock in stores or online, we can create a special order for that item usually ready for store pick up or (for wine orders) to ship within two business days. This does NOT apply to limited release and seasonal items, particularly beer / kegs. Use our contact form to inquire about an out-of-stock item. Must be 21 or older to make purchases. We currently accept major credit cards issued to U.S. addresses. Payment may be authorized after checkout, but is not processed until the order is confirmed via email. Triangle Wine Company gift cards may also be used at checkout.
Gift Cards
We can only guarantee the authenticity of gift cards and egift card codes if they are acquired through and Triangle Wine Company stores. Triangle Wine Company is not responsible for lost, stolen (incl. unauthorized use), or damaged gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law in specific states. Call 1-800-919-7518 to check a gift card's balance. The balance is also displayed during the checkout process.
Discounts and Sales
We reserve the right to end or modify any discount, sale, promotion, coupon, offer, etc., at any time. Discount codes (sometimes appearing as "coupons") advertised by Triangle Wine Company via, official/verified Triangle Wine Company social media pages, paid online and print advertisements, and Triange Wine Company email newsletters may state if the code is only applicable to online or in-store purchases. Discounts on individual items in store locations are not applicable online unless the item is clearly marked as being "on sale" (displaying the regular price and sale price) on the website. All sales are considered final and "While Supplies Last". Online site-wide or product category discount codes (e.g. "10% off Wine") are not applied to individual items already marked as on sale. Discounts do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards, gift packaging, or shipping/processing. Online buyers: please contact us for wine case discount quotes. Promotions have no cash value. Returns of any portion of a purchase containing sale or discounted items will require equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer.

Whether you are a new customer or already signed up for our email list, if you choose to create an account you will be prompted  to create a password and complete some required fields (such as phone number for billing) upon check out.
