You may return items up to 14 days after purchase. Returns of any portion of a purchase containing sale or discounted items will require equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer. Returns of undamaged/unopened items purchased in our stores can be retruned to any Triangle Wime Company store location. To initiate returns of undamaged/unopened items that were shipped or delivered locally, email us here.
Damaged/Flawed Wines
Spoiled (corked, flawed) items and items damaged due to bottling errors can be replaced with the same item or an item of equal or greater value or you may choose a full refund. We ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement (email us here or return the item to a Triangle Wine Company store). We are unable to accept returns of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Weather damage may include leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing. Please be sure to check shipping destination weather conditions before placing your order.
Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order after it has been processed for shipping with the carrier, a 25% restocking fee will be applied before a refund is issued. Please send an email here if you need to cancel your order. Once the wine has been received by us, we will refund you the cost of the wine less shipping, handling, and the 25% restocking fee.
