We at Triangle Wine Company would like to thank you for understanding that your customer experience may change as we respond to the needs of the community in regards to preventing and avoiding the potential spread of the novel Coronavirus. Our aim is to keep our customers and employees happy and safe.

As always, our employees are encouraged to wash their hands and disinfect any commonly touched surfaces frequently. Now, and for the foreseeable future, we will be doubling our safety and sanitation efforts and will be observing stringent standards anywhere we are serving a beverage for consumption. If circumstances warrant, we may close our tasting bars, suspend public wine tastings, and/or no longer serve beverages on premise until the risk of transmission has declined.

Furthermore, our commitment to safety extends to our employees. In any instance our employees think they may be ill, they are encouraged to stay home until they receive relevant medical assessment.

In the meantime, if you have any concerns about visiting our store locations, please contact our customer support. You also have the option to shop online and arrange for store pickup or local delivery if you are trying to minimize your social interactions. You may return items up to 14 days after purchase. Returns of any portion of a purchase containing sale or discounted items will require equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer. Returns of undamaged/unopened items purchased in our stores can be retruned to any Triangle Wime Company store location. To initiate returns of undamaged/unopened items that were shipped or delivered locally, email us here.
Damaged/Flawed Wines
Spoiled (corked, flawed) items and items damaged due to bottling errors can be replaced with the same item or an item of equal or greater value or you may choose a full refund. We ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement (email us here or return the item to a Triangle Wine Company store). We are unable to accept returns of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Weather damage may include leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing. Please be sure to check shipping destination weather conditions before placing your order.
Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order after it has been processed for shipping with the carrier, a 25% restocking fee will be applied before a refund is issued. Please send an email here if you need to cancel your order. Once the wine has been received by us, we will refund you the cost of the wine less shipping, handling, and the 25% restocking fee.
