We at Triangle Wine Company would like to thank you for understanding that your customer experience may change as we respond to the needs of the community in regards to preventing and avoiding the potential spread of the novel Coronavirus. Our aim is to keep our customers and employees happy and safe.

As always, our employees are encouraged to wash their hands and disinfect any commonly touched surfaces frequently. Now, and for the foreseeable future, we will be doubling our safety and sanitation efforts and will be observing stringent standards anywhere we are serving a beverage for consumption. If circumstances warrant, we may close our tasting bars, suspend public wine tastings, and/or no longer serve beverages on premise until the risk of transmission has declined.

Furthermore, our commitment to safety extends to our employees. In any instance our employees think they may be ill, they are encouraged to stay home until they receive relevant medical assessment.

You also have the option to shop online and arrange for store pickup or local delivery if you are trying to minimize your social interactions. At this time, we offer store pick up and delivery of wine and beer for local customers. Wine orders are shipped via FedEx and UPS where it is legal to do so (at this time, we cannot ship to UTAH, MISSISSIPPI, AND ILLINOIS). Beer cannot be shipped. Age Verification
By placing an order you verify that you and order recipients are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid driver’s license, military ID, passport, or State ID for identification.
Shipping to multiple addresses
One order cannot be split and shipped to multiple addresses.
Shipping locations and rates
The shipping rate will be based on the weight of the contents. The rate includes packaging materials unless otherwise stated. Our shipping containers are sized for 1 bottle, 2 bottles, 3 bottles, 6 bottles and 12 bottles. The rate for each selection will be reflected in your shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are added or removed. Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. We will email or call you with any shipping charge adjustments for your approval. We ship by FedEx Ground and UPS Ground where it is legal to do so (at this time, we cannot ship to UTAH, MISSISSIPPI, AND ILLINOIS). Shipments may also be delayed due to weather conditions.  We strongly recommend that you use a business address whenever possible when shipping wine, as someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment. Wine cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Special Shipping Note: Taking into account the glass bottle and actual, perishable/valuable liquid contents, on average, a bottle of wine weighs 3 to 4lbs. A case of wine weighs approximately 40lbs. Every shipping provider charges us based on the weight and distance of every shipment (including the administrative/legal costs associated with proper delivery of alcohol).
Store Pick Up of In-Stock Items
Upon checkout, select the store, date, and pick up time of your choice. While the earliest pick up time option is a default 48 hours from check out, in-stock items are typically ready for pick up the same day. Confirmed orders must be picked up with 14 days, or items will be restocked and a refund will be issued. Please note store location open and closing hours if you choose to pick up your order outside of the confirmed time slot. Only adults over 21 years of age (with photo identification) can pick up an order. If someone other than you will be picking up an order, please indicate in the notes section of checkout the name(s) or contact us.
Store Pick Up of Out of Stock Items
Special Orders of items not in stock will typically require 48 hours before they are ready for pickup. We will contact you if there is any delay.
Local Delivery is available Tuesday through Friday, 12:30pm to 5:30pm
Upon checkout, select Local Delivery, complete the delivery address fields, and select a date/time. If the address is within range, you may proceed to payment (delivery fee is calculated based on order total, zipcode, time of checkout, time selected for delivery, etc.). Someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the delivery. Contact us for local delivery of large orders (e.g. weddings, corporate events) and kegs. The delivery fee for large orders varies by product amount, distance, etc.
Same Day Local Delivery is available via various food & beverage delivery companies (ex. Postmates, etc.) we have partnered with, though selection and pricing may vary or differ from our website--and discounts may not apply.
